In this 2h30 hour online workshop I will present a resumé of my work on corporative art therapy. I will also share with you my experience on how to organize art therapy sessions for teams in an organisational setting. We will focus on the topic of empowerment with the use of ‘super-hero’ metaphor as an inspiring tool. I will share with you creative proposals for team growth along with meaningful and symbolic results.

The workshop will be divided in three parts
- Introduction and presentation of the topic
- creative art therapy moment
- group sharing

Material for the session:
A personal object or recent art creation.
A few sheets of white A4 paper, pencils, colour pencils or other type of colouring materials.

What to expect:
• How to prepare an art therapy session for the work place.
• Examples of pratical AT activities to use with teams.
• Awareness about using creative dynamics for the teaching
of soft skills in the corporative world.
• Understand the use of metaphors as an inspirational tool.
• Knowing the limitations & benefits of corporative settings.
• The sharing of images of real sessions.
• Practical activity and group discussion.

Seminarleitung

Leonor Isidor

Holds a degree in psychology since 2005, specialising in clinical and health psychology.

Graduated in Institutional Art Therapy with the Portuguese Society of Art Therapy.
Certified trainer.
As an art-therapist, Leonor’s career has focused on adult groups. In the past though she has facilitated art therapy groups in various institutions, working with children, the elderly and people with mental illness.
The Corporative Challenge started in 2012, when she introduced art therapy into her company to teach soft skills. Since then, Leonor has created and facilitated various motivational and creative workshops for teams, as well as teambuilding in the workplace.
Leonor uses a creative coaching approach as a bridge to personal, interpersonnal, profesional education and self growth.
Member of the European Art Therapy Federation (EFAT) since 2018.
